At AVID Sportswear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
